Dale Tallon was selected to join the U.S. Men’s National Team Advisory Group in November of 2010. The group was formed in February of 2007 to assist USA Hockey with the selection of players and staff of U.S. Men’s National Teams, including the Olympic Team.

Tallon is currently in his third season as executive vice president and general manager of hockey operations for the National Hockey League’s Florida Panthers. In 2011-12, the Panthers won the Southeast Division title for the first time, and in doing so qualified for the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time since 1999-2000.

Prior to joining Florida, Tallon spent 33 years with the Chicago Blackhawks as a front office executive, player and broadcast personality. He served the role of senior advisor of hockey operations for Chicago during the 2009-10 season, which culminated in the team’s first Stanley Cup championship in 49 years.

Previously, Tallon served four years as general manager (2005-09) and two years as assistant general manager (2003-05) for the Blackhawks.

In addition, he served four years as director of player personnel with Chicago from 1998-2002, before returning to the radio and television booth prior to the 2002-03 season. Upon retiring from a 10-year career in the NHL in 1980, which included stints in Vancouver (1970-73), Chicago (1973-78) and Pittsburgh (1978-80), Tallon served as color analyst for Chicago Blackhawks radio and television broadcasts for 16 seasons. 

Tallon and his wife, Meg, reside in Miami, Fla. They have two daughters, Lauren and Kristen.

Ray Thill is making his first appearance as an equipment manager with the U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team.

Previously, Thill served as an equipment manager with Team USA at three International Ice Hockey Federation Men’s World Championships (2008, 2009, 2012).

Currently, Thill is the head equipment manager with the National Hockey League’s Tampa Bay Lightning, a role he’s held for the past 14 seasons. With Tampa Bay, Thill is responsible for all equipment maintenance, inventory and ordering. The Chicago native helped the Lightning to a Stanley Cup in 2004, and served as an equipment manager at the 2012 NHL All-Star Game in Ottawa.

Prior to joining Tampa Bay, Thill was the equipment manager for the Detroit Vipers of the International Hockey League for one season. He also had a four-year stay with the IHL’s Chicago Wolves, which won the Turner Cup championship in 1997-98.

Thill resides in Tampa, Fla.

Inar Treiguts makes his first appearance with the U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team. Treiguts previously worked with Team USA at the 2005 and 2008 International Ice Hockey Federation Men’s World Championship.

Currently, Treiguts is a massage therapist with the National Hockey League’s Detroit Red Wings, a position he’s held since the 2011-12 season.

Prior to joining Detroit, Treiguts performed that same role with the NHL’s Atlanta Thrashers from team’s inaugural season in 1999-2000 until the franchise relocated to Winnipeg, Man., following the 2010-11 campaign.

The native of Latvia spent one year at Spa Sydell in Atlanta before joining the Thrashers. Additionally, he served as massage therapist for the Latvian National Volleyball Team from September 1988 to May 1991 and has also worked for Body Works in Santa Monica, Calif., Cal-Med Clinic in Los Angeles and in private practice in Knoxville, Tenn.

Treiguts resides in Royal Oak, Mich.

Matt Trevor is handling communications for the U.S. Men's National Team for the first time.

He served in the same capacity for the 2013 and 2014 U.S. National Junior Teams, 2013 U.S. National Sled Hockey Team and 2014 U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team.

Previously, he spent seven seasons (2004-11) as the sports information director for the University of Michigan ice hockey program. He also spent one season (2011-12) with the Michigan football and lacrosse teams.

Trevor, who joined USA Hockey in March 2012, resides in Colorado Springs, Colo., with his wife, Katie, and son, Charlie.

The 2017 International Ice Hockey Federation Women’s World Championship is the seventh time Chris Tamer is representing Team USA as an assistant coach.

He most recently served as an assistant coach for the U.S. Women’s National Team at the 2016 Four Nations Cup, Team USA Winter Champions Series in December 2016 and 2016 IIHF Women's World Championship. He also served as an assistant with the U.S. Women’s Under-22 Select Team at the Under-22 Series vs. Canada in 2015 and 2016. Tamer has also worked at various camps for USA Hockey.

Tamer played in the National Hockey League for 11 seasons (1993-2004) as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins (1993-1998), New York Rangers (1999) and Atlanta Thrashers (1999-2004). The veteran defenseman appeared in 644 career games, registering 21 goals and 64 assists for 85 points.

Tamer was voted the Best Defensive Player for the Penguins in 1995. He also won the Community Service Award for the Penguins twice (1996 and 1997) and once with the Thrashers  (2001). His teammates in Atlanta also voted him the Player’s Player Award in 2001.

He also played collegiately at the University of Michigan (CCHA) from 1989-1993.

A native of Dexter, Michigan, Tamer represented Team USA twice in the IIHF World Championships (1999, 2002).

Tamer has served as the head coach of the Little Caesars 2000’s (2009-13) and Compuware 2000’s (2013-15) and has worked as an assistant coach with the Honeybaked Hockey girls program from 2011-2015.

He currently owns and operates Crossfit Brighton in Michigan.

Steve Thompson is serving as the goaltending coach for the 2022 U.S. Under-18 Men’s Select Team for the first time, the same role served for the 2021 U.S. Under-17 Men’s Select Team which captured the championship.

Thompson previously served as the goalie coach for the 2022 U.S. Olympic Women’s Ice Hockey Team in Beijing, China, where the U.S. took home silver. He served in the same role at the 2018 Four Nations Cup in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where the U.S. won four games in a row on the way to winning its fourth consecutive tournament championship. Additionally, he was also the goalie coach for the gold medal-winning 2019 IIHF Women's World Championship team.

Thompson has spent two years with USA Hockey as the Pacific District Associate Coach-in-Chief/Goaltending. The founder and head instructor at Alaska Goaltending Academy, LLC, Thompson played two seasons with the USHL's Sioux City Musketeers (2007-09) before graduating from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where he played all four years (2009-13) and moving on to coach at University of Alaska Anchorage where he spent two seasons as the team's conditioning coach (2014-16) and one as the director of hockey operations (2013-14).

Jessica Thibault is leading team services for the U.S. Men's National Team at the IIHF Men's World Championship for the first time in 2024 after serving in the same capacity for the U.S. National Junior Team in 2023 and 2024.

She recently wrapped up her third year as the director of hockey operations for the men’s ice hockey program at Sacred Heart University where she is responsible for team travel, video coordination, pre-scouting for upcoming opponents, and organizing day-to-day program needs.

Thibault previously served as the admissions director for the East Coast Class Tournaments where she coordinated ice needs and requests for various arenas and created schedules across all tournament divisions. Thibault has also had stints at the Rand Pecknold Hockey Camps and Elite Hockey Program.

While she was a student at Quinnipiac University, Thibault served as a student manager and director of hockey operations graduate assistant where she coordinated team travel, utilized Instat recruiting software and was involved in maintaining team relations with TEAM IMPACT.

This is Gaby Turer's first time serving as the hockey operations manager for the U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team.

Turer, who is making her IIHF debut with USA Hockey, is the 2023-24 Brendan Burke intern at USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program. Most recently, Turer was on staff with the U.S. National Under-17 Team that finished second at the 2023 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.

Previously, Turer spent 11 months as a hockey operations and scouting intern for the Green Bay Gamblers of the USHL where she was responsible for scouting opposing USHL teams, conducting individual player evaluations and producing scouting reports. The Milwaukee, Wisconsin, native is a 2023 graduate of St. Norbert College, where she earned a degree in business administration while playing four seasons for the women’s ice hockey team (2019-23). Additionally, Turer was named to the NCHA All-Academic Team and an AHCA All American Scholar in 2020-23.
